Site Development Underway
The development of this site is underway. In 2022, CVG demolished outdated facilities at the site. More than $33 million of federal infrastructure funds were invested in rebuilding the airside ramp for this project in 2022. In 2023, more than $3.6 million in Kentucky site development funds were allocated to this project. Beginning in 2024, F&F LLC, owned by Fred Murphy, the CEO of FEAM Aero, is developing a $12 million cargo warehouse facility on campus. Such public and private investments are creating momentum for continued cargo growth at CVG.
