New American Sign Language (ASL) on-demand resource
CVG passengers and employees can use the Aira ASL app for real-time American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation, 24/7, 365 days a year.
This free app is available to download on smartphones and tablets. You can use Aira ASL to communicate with employees and travelers at CVG. Common occurrences can take place at airline ticket counters, the security checkpoint, restaurants, rental car stations, and parking lots.

Passengers with Disabilities Bill of Rights
The Airline Passengers with Disabilities Bill of Rights describes the fundamental rights of air travelers with disabilities under the Air Carrier Access Act and its implementing regulation, 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 382.

Upon arrival at this location, wheelchair assistance may be requested at no charge from the attendants stationed inside the facility, across from the restrooms on the first floor. This service is provided by Bags Inc. There is also a phone number noted at the entrance to each level of the car rental return. Call 1-513-607-3218 for an attendant to meet with a wheelchair at any level of the car rental return within the Terminal.Cincinnati Zoo Play Area
